Those are both Sony cameras, and the A6000 clearly has the better and bigger sensor than the RX100 I-III. But the RX100 I-III have really quite good Zeiss 24-100mm equivalent fixed lenses, and that makes a huge difference to the A6000's really pretty entry-level SEL-P1650.
It gets better if you compare it with the second kit lens, the 55-210mm. But even then, I usually prefer the RX100's glass in terms of IQ.
So basically, stick actually good glass on the A6000 and it will be better. Stick with the kit lens, and the XE2 or even the RX100 (certainly the RX100 IV) probably has an advantage.
