but what everybody else it saying, you need to work on lighting, try to find a way you can use lighting to highlight her, to pull her away from the background and make her the focus, also work of getting her in focus, and that first one has horrid composition, try to find a way to put in in the frame that balances the background
work on better poses, try doing some work in post to remove imperfections, like acne
