Take photos in raw and then spend some more hours editing each photo to your needs. Because you have to edit them, otherwise they look shit. Sony can't get colors done properly. But at least they are very sharp, congratulation. If you like it that way, fine.
I prefer bringing a very small cam with me, that I can have in my hands within a second. I take a photo and it's ready to be printed. No need of editing because they look perfect. Great colors, nice contrasts and they don't look just "digital". That's why I got the X100F. But yeah, if I want to have sharpness, many lenses and take photos of my food, then I'm better of with a Sony.
