>>3560641Look at the histogram of green channel. You're not shooting red. You're shooting magenta. Magenta, yellow and cyan are pure derivatives of red, blue and green and biggest flaw of rgb based sensors. You have to be very precise regarding exposure when shooting colours very near them since you're basically only getting data from two potosensors. A mistake and no raw editing will be able to help you. If you've rgb histogram on cam you can adjust for them after few shots. It's not ideal solution, since histograms only show jpeg data, but much better than normal histogram that hides colours. Shooting monochromatic cyan/reds you're mainly looking to protect red highlights. You can very easily overexpose them without seeing anything wrong on normal histogram. Goal is that red isn't overexposed while getting as much from green as possible.
