An easy way to beat it seems to be to post a portrait of a single person. Rule of thirds might also be a factor in the score. My portraits consistently score around the high 90s. Everything else, landscape, architecture, street, more abstract stuff tends to get really low scores. I mean it kinda makes sense, it might be easier for an algorithm to detect if a human face is following the rule of thirds than try to make sense of what's going on in a busy street scene. Also, I'm going to guess that certain tags might increase or lower your score.
