The olympus would simply produce a smaller print, and the nikon would produce a larger print. They would look about the same but you might be able to see a tiny bit of grain from the olympus. At higher ISOs the gulf grows wider, of course.
Also, an f2 lens is not an f5.6 lens because of corner sharpness. If you want to be serious... you're comparing a small center crop to the whole image circle.
