For my own use it doesn't really matter much to me and the important difference is more in whether I want TLL viewing and a meter or whether I want a rangefinder window and full manual.
Also might be worth pointing out that the Nikon and Olympus have f/1.4 lenses and the Leica is f/2, putting a Summilux on the Leica would make up some of the difference in lens size. You could also switch the Panaleica 25mm for an Olympus 25 f/1.8 which is smaller. But on the other hand, the Nikon 50mm f/2, f/1.8, and f/1.4 AI lenses are all pretty close in size.
