Don't get a fed for your first RF unless someone practically gives it to you for free.
Get a non interchangeable lens rangefinder, they're still cheap and many times much nicer to use than an old copy of a pre-ww2 design.

These are all cameras that can be found for under 100 bucks in good working condition if you look around a little, and they will all be nicer to use than a soviet rangefinder (Unless you find a nice Kiev because those are pretty sweet)
