>>3486792Put your trip back on... 1:1 is the least important thing of them all. Sure it is important if you want to pixel peep some landscape, but nobody pixel peeps wildlife. Image quality is absolute reverse of that. The largest size that you want is good calendar sized shot, you can get that out of 8mp. Magazine shots are 100% composition, and often image is dime sized. Cropping is used all the time, no matter the shot, or equipment. You can clearly see that from the samples I'm posting. Should have been easy puzzling out that, but I guess some people like to look at the tails of their birbs at 1:1.
