>>3335811>>3335812An unmodified 40mm Rokkor/Summicron brings up 50mm framelines and I've never seen a 28mm without white spots. Recently got the 90mm Elmar-C. Paid 170eur for it with only little wear on the engravings, but after cleaning and refilling those with paint, it looks very good again. However, I already got into situations when that one stop compared to the Tele Elmarit might have been useful. I recommend the Elmar-C if you don't mind the weird filter thread and don't need a fast lens on the long end - both, my tele (90mm) and my wide (CV 21mm) are f/4 lenses and, as I combine them with faster f/2 lenses (21+50 Summicron and 35 Biogon+90), I haven't had any real problems so far. Posted this before, but it's a nice example of the 90mm sharpness wide open.
