E.g., I downloaded the raw files and exported them at a normal size instead of 100%. You can't make out the text on that paint tube. Is that because there's an issue with the sensor? No, it's because it's too small a detail in the photo to be visible at all. Even in a large print, that sort of thing is only going to be visible if you get right up against the paper with a loupe.
Details that small just don't matter in any sort of photography except things like art reproduction or crime scene photography. If you're taking pictures for artistic reasons or even just regular documentary reasons, things like the OVERALL composition of a scene are going to matter vastly more than whether or not you can read the label on a tube of paint when you have it pulled up at 100% in Lightroom.
