An alternative could be the Pentax K1 Mark II.
Has IBIS, video is secondary as you said, the screen is beyond flippy, the work of madmen. Some anon posted pic related a while ago, it reminded me of a chainlink 4x4 Jeep I saw a while ago contorting to climb some rocks. Granted, it's not just the screen but the tripods doing weird stuff there but the point stands.
