I am trying to become better at product photography and don't know how exactly to shoot the products. I can make them look good on the preview window of the camera by overexposing the shot via iso/aperture/shutter speed and IMO the end product looks the best when I do this. Instead, I use the recommended settings I see on blogs and shit (and they recommend making it appear more white in post processing) but this always looks like shit for me. Thoughts? How should I shoot this?
