The flare in the right upper side is from a single street lamp shining down well out of frame during a 8s exposure of t-max 400 at f/8; and most of it was dealt with in post using masked tone curves (e.g. past the railing, most of the left side of the picture). But some of that shit I just can't deal with, so it's part of the a e s t h e t i c now.
