Underexposure can make people complain about blotchiness in the skin, or too much red, which are more common complaints about sony colors.
Green tint is a myth that originated among youtubers who didn't know jack shit about white balance and video. Video, unlike stills, does have unfixable white balance. In 14 bit raws, white balance is a variable in the transformation algorithms, the camera WB is only metadata.
