It's not.
The lens can not out resolve the 40mp sensor, even Z6 with 24-70mm lens will give you better quality.
6K video with the small body and with the weather sealing makes it unusable. It will overheat and besides, the ibis and small battery would not even let the camera record any usable time.
There is no good reason to by this camera.
