Moving from a 6D with pretty low tier glass (but massive variety). Complete reset in everything except non-camera gear.
Full frame is a must. Could borrow my pops R7 if I wanted to use APS-C.
Leaning towards used (<30k shutters) R6 + 35mm F1.8 Macro and 70-200 F4L. Cheaper lens options would be the 28-105 F4L and 50 F1.8.
Or do I go R7IV? I've heard Tamron/Sigma glass is great while much cheaper, but I know all about the Canon system and its gear so I'd have to relearn.

I shoot only stills, so no need for video features. Do basically all types of photography bar astro.
Does Sony (or any other manufacturer for that matter) have anything better at a similar price than the R6 for my needs?
