https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cuTcXpcWXwkTo do his technique, you really need to have two flashes with light-boxes and reflectors, but I only have one cheap canon knockoff flash (YongNuo YN600EX‑RT) I bought on ebay and I'm still learning how to use it. I still got decent results right out of the camera.
