is there an easy way to make normal HD video look like pic related, as if it was uploaded on youtube in 2006 and gone through the wormhole of reupload / screen recording compression? i want to get this sort of mid 2000s washed out compressed effect, i was considering trying to do it in post but i also have some old first-gen smartphones that could easily do this effect naturally as well. thoughts?
