I'm worried about carried it from the camera body with the lens facing downward because given how heavy it is I feel like it'll damage the part that connects the body to the lens. Holding it from the lens with one hand becomes uncomfortable and is unnatural. Holding it with two hands causes quite a bit of pain in my wrists after a while.
So how am I supposed to hand-hold this thing when out shooting for a day?
