Casualfags don't even participate in the equation, they will discover their needs in time. Poorfags can use their kit lenses (think Canon's 18-55 and 70-300 lenses) and achieve good results in either sports or portraiture with the only limitations being image quality and burst speed, still, the quality is sufficient until they can afford more gear if so they desire.
There's enough gear for each pricing bracket. Your argument makes no sense, it goes on and on without ever poiting out a real problem. There's no problem, you can take good photos even with makeshift cameras.
