I shoot HP5+ and can feed the reel on for about 60 - 75% of the roll but then it begins to stick and jam resulting in either an entire lost roll or losing a bunch of shots.
I've tried techniques such as scrubbing the reels with hot water and heating them up a bit with a hairdryer before trying to feed it on but have failed every time.
When I first got my reels I was shooting Kentmere and had no issues feeding it on but now even kentmere gives me issue on the old reels and the brand new one.
Any tips would be great, I'm not switching to stainless steel because I'm already broke as it is.
