You said it yourself though: density. Sensor size has nothing to do with it, pic rel. There are APS-C, FF and beyond sensors with even higher density than what you just provided. That said, the photo looks fine but thing with higher density photosites is noise... especially when you throw slow lenses into the mix which MFT is built around. That's where the smaller systems really start to show their weakness.

It's true though. A higher resolution FF sensor will do exactly the same thing only leave you with more image to work with. It has nothing to do with sensor size and everything to do with its resolution.

Same MP, different "resolution" because of photosite density due to sensor size. Here's a quick example I made a few years ago.

Another fun comparison I make often is with my wife's camera. We're both 24MP, except I'm FX at 600mm and she's DX at 400mm... they look damn near identical.
