The captured moment simply overcomes everything else. Luckily the photo is well composed, the light plays along, surely also the image editing. But such a great catch of a moment can't be bad at all.
However, what many photographers do instead, including myself, as well as the author of this shot, is to polish up shitty photos for all it's worth.
