>>4158962I own both, and they’re both nice, but he’s right about one thing, the x100 series has always had loud focusing and sounds like it’s grinding itself to death. Fresh out of the box it was that way. And it’s larger than you imagine if you’ve never seen one, a lot of the time I feel I’d rather bring my R+rf50 since the focusing is just so much better. I love the optical viewfinder with digital status gimmick but it’s not very practical. It’s a weird camera. Not bad, but, it’s got a blab focal length, focuses slow, it’s kinda chunky, doesn’t have a lot of the newer computational shit like the advanced focus stuff, and costs a premium price. I like x100v in theory, but honestly it kinda just sits a lot. Griii is just as good and never any qualms tucking it into a pocket.
