just wondering if anyone can recc a 35mm camera that has in order of importance:
>metering (preferably film-plane but ttl is good too)
>no LEDs, meter is an arrow rather than an LED light
>>(mostly) mechanical shutters
>up to 1/2000 shutter
>preferably no hotshoe (just for aesthetics)
a camera lacking one of two of these if fine too. I just upgraded from a Pentax Super Program to a Pentax LX, I like the professional features of the LX, it just feels kind of clunky and I don't like the LED meter indicators. I'm leaning at getting an MX or KX and seeing which one I like better. Not sure what each nikon camera has so maybe one has what I'm looking for. Totally arbitrary things but 35mm is my funtime camera, when I'm serious I use my Pentax 6x7
