>>2944166>how do you manage the dustVery carefully. Wear gloves at all times when handling the negs. Keep the bathroom vent fan going. The enlarger is covered with a dust cover anytime it's not in use, extra EL lenses are kept in little bubble cases. I use a can of compressed air to blow off the negs before putting them in, adjust framing and focus, take the neg out and blow it off again for dust that may have settled while moving the head/bellows, put it back and check focus once more. There's always going to be a little speck that make it through, I've gotten pretty good at print spotting.
Here's the first little print of the day. Gonna be making a bunch of 5x7's on FB paper, then selenium toning.
