>Minolta 100-300mm APO, actually kinda annoyed because the retard eleven sent me the regular one and not the (d) one which has distance control for the flash, but at least its good and sharp: $65 USDThe 50mm Macros are also pretty useless which made me sad. The Sony one has a nice fat mold on the rear and the Minolta one has contaminated aperture blades (oil, still moves freely though). I actually doubled up here expecting one to be bad (ie if I got 2 good ones I'd sell the other one), but...can't win them all. They're supposed to be identical in construction. Not worth taking it apart to fix, maybe the Sony since its the 2nd from the rear element.
So that's 4 lenses that have issues:
The 35-105mm ($20) has a decentered element
The 70-200mm Pentax ($10) has something wrong where its soft/overexposed even through the viewfinder (aperture?)
The 50mm Sony Macro has rear mold ($20? assuming the body is $20-30).
The 50mm Minolta Macro has contaminated aperture blades ($20)
Not bad, not horrible. I took this pic with the 100mm Macro. That has a tiny spot on the rear glass, not sure if its mold but I'm not gonna fuck with it.
My A-Mount Collection includes so far: 2x 50mm f1.7, 28mm f/2.8, 70-210mm f4 Beercan (overrated imo), 100-200mm f4.5 (better lens than the beercan), and the 18-55mm kit lens that came with my a390 (meh).
