The photos are pretty boring. I agree with the technical feedback that you received already for the single photos, but I suggest you to focus on a single girl, trying to pull out something more interesting from her. You really need to build some sort of complicity with the person you are photographing, otherwise it you have to be super good by your own/the person has to have something very interesting to show.
The good photographers are able to find this empathy in few seconds, if you need more time just keep trying.
And be careful not to take like 1000 shots in 2 minutes, thinking that you are going to find the perfect one in front of Lightroom.
Looking at too many shots which are almost the same drains so much energy that after a while you wont be able to think anymore. Try to shot few pictures, well though out (if you have models) and you will improve every time.
