A lot of film bodies are very cheap, I think I got my nikon 8008 I mostly use for like $20 from keh. Film is usually $5 or lower a roll, or ~13¢ a shot, with the local lab I use charging $9 to develop and scan a roll, bringing it to ~38¢. I am willing to pay that because I like how film looks.
