>>4215679You kind of do, fuji and canon have oodles of small sharp primes
Really? I've looked through fuji's x mount lenses and I couldn't find any nice pancakes aside from the 17mm. You'll have to tell me which ones you've been looking at cus I've kinda been looking at getting a fuji system too.
>M43 sales are dying off fast because unless you're 5'4", or a wildlife photographer, the size advantage is extremely small. The size advantage I find is more with the lenses than the actual camera body itself, as the m43 bodies aren't really that much smaller than other mirrorless cameras. The m.zuiko 45 f1.8, the lumix 13-32 folding, the lumix 20mm f1.7, the olympus 17mm, are all just fantastic. I find for me, what makes a big difference in portability and real world scenarios is also the shape of the camera with the lens attached. What I mean by that is that is because a lot of the lenses I shoot with dont extend past the grip of my camera, the footprint is essentially just a small rectangle.
>This is nerd shit but you gotta know it, lens sharpness does not matterNot sure about this - I'm not a big reader on gear talk, but in my usage experience, the difference is pretty noticeable
