What camera under $1000 has the best color capture?
I don't care about high ISO I want good color separation in the CFA. Apparently Canon uses weak CFAs, leading to capture metamerism in exchange for better ISO. I'd rather have less sensitivity for better colors so colors don't bleed into each other as much.
Phase One makes a camera with a good sensor.

This unfortunately isn't something that's easily found on specs and stuff so I don't know how to shop for what I want. I hear Sony has good colors though. Some people hate them, but knowing the majority of people like trash photos, perhaps Sony has the most accurate CFAs and just poor software processing? I'm only interested in a good CFA because I'm gonna process RAWs. Literally don't care about the "color science" of their JPEG processor. Seeing how Sony partnered with Phase One I imagine they're probably interested in balanced color during the capture as well.
