Getting a correct exposure is the most basic aspect of photography. Are you implying that that's difficult for you?

On an ISO-less sensor like yours, pushing to ISO 3200 from ISO 200 is exactly the same as shooting at 3200 in the first place, so, whether you're letting your camera do the work for you, or spending an hour doing it all yourself at home (and delivering your photos way after me) you're getting the same results. So why not just let the camera do its job?
