CA is just fact that wavelength of different colours is different making them bend at different angles. You saying that "CA is 4pixels on MFT and 1pixel on FF" means that MFT can translate more light into pixels, nothing else. CA is just behaviour of light you can't claim that you get more of CA while claiming it's going to get more resolution at a whole.
