>>4233730>>4233737These photos are actually taken on 16mm microfilm with a Kiev 30, I use Kodak Imagelink HQ that was expired in 2018 so its still somewhat fresh, I rated it at ISO 100 developed on Rodinal stand dev 1:100 for 1 hour, its not the best I have gotten better results using 1:25 on regular development for 6 minutes of so. Of course depending of how old your microfilm you will probably want to try at ISO 50 or even 25 (Or lower if its waaay old)
If you want to use the more commonly available one in 35mm you have a few options:
1) Shoot it on a medium format camera with a 35mm adapter, since most microfilm doesn't have sprockets its the easier way to use it, you will have to get an estimate on how much you need to advance it for don't overlap frames
2) Modify an existing camera to make it advance the frames with friction, I am not sure how to do that because all the comments that I saw it seems that it means cutting the sprocket advance and just add a shitton of tape. I don't have a camera that I hate enough to try that
3) Use something either more modern that don't requiere of the sprockets films to advance it, like a Canon EOS 10 QD for example or something like a Kodak Pony
For development it really depends, I have only tried Rodinal but probably there is something better out there for microfilm
