Well, the seller accepted my offer for this camera. Ran a test roll through it. Very, very fun little camera. 47mm on 6x9 is roughly 20mm equivalent. I like my wide angle lenses, so this camera is worth having.
At f11 you can get a focal plane of 5' to infinity, so it's basically a point and shoot once you set the distance to around 10 feet.
I will be getting a normal graflex 6x9 back for this thing. These roll holders are about the worst type of 120 holder I have ever used in terms of loading. Just terrible to load the film.
After doing a little research I found out that this camera is called a graflex xlsw. The rare and very expensive super wide version of the normal xl. I did succumb to my horrific gas again, but I got a killer deal on this camera. Got it for like 350, and they sell in the 1k-1.3k range. Not too bad, and it does fill a small niche in my ever growing collection.
>>4290399Nope. It's just the curse of the based film camera enjoyer. Instead of buying a new camera/lens try buying a new type of film or something. It will usually allow the gas to subside for a while.
