In this situation, the more affluent Republicans have had more public works programs that have maintained the park, built swingsets, and put in benches. The Loyalists of Tigers Bay, who share the park but different local politicians, have not had such work done, and the park is much more rugged and overgrown. You can just make out the wall, painted a deep shade of green, running through the plant growth in this image.
