If you dont have an audio recorder like zoom or tascam, just install an audio recording app on 2 phones, connect the wired lavs to them and thats it. Wired lav must be compatible with cellphone use. They have one extra pin than the regular ones. Again, less than 5 dollars.
The mic close to the mouth, and some wind shielding makes most of the difference.
