>>3500260>youtube vidsI don't consider myself amazing by any means, and I've tried to watch stuff on the tube for pointers, a lot of the stuff I've watched (granted not nearly all of it so I guess I'm saying I have no idea wtf I'm talking about) is kind of unrealistic. There was one I watched where they guy was shooting a living room or something. Man he talked about the best time of day and all these little tweaks to his lighting setup which was at least two stationary pieces, I forget now, and then all the time spent fiddling in photoshop... that is just not how it works in real life -at all-.
So last year I did the cleveland arcade and the hyatt there, it took me two days to cover that entire thing inside and out, up and down. 400 some images or something, 170 delivered. There is no way in fuck I can take all that time to do a single shot, I pick two or three good angles for a room, hit each it with natty light and then paint with my led panel where it needs fill, onto the next. I am sweating and constantly moving furniture and shit to make the thing look ok, and moving quickly. Each scene gets maybe 5 min from me tops.
Now, none of my pics are as good as the guy I mentioned before. You spend the time you get the results. But if a client wants their place shot, they dont want it to take 4 weeks (and the cost of 4 weeks of your time).
wish i had access to my files from the arcade, but i dont so heres a random office instead.
