>>3252277Yeah the guy showed me the one that had a ball head and pan, it was flimsy as hell though. I'm a big dude so the flimsy ones just didn't feel right. Will probably get the 290 or 055 leg and probably the 5xx series video head, then find whatever a comparable photo head is. Time to save up for that and then save for an extra lens or two.
The camera (G85) feels awesome. It's so chunky and hefty. Definitely function>form. It wasn't charged fully so I left the battery charging. Can't wait to get home and then get out and shoot! Will need to pick up an extra battery or two this week. I bought a camera bag already. Vanguard Veo 15 Discover seems like it'll work for a run and gun set up.
