>>3344568>>3344571Thanks. Because some equipment is advertised as weather proof I thought that passive dampness would destroy normal cameras and lenses, like carrying camera with you a day outside in winter.
With a heavy rain of course it doesn't do good to let camera sit in it but have it covered and only take it out to snap a picture.
So is weather proof meant for smearing it into mud like in the OP pic or letting the camera sit uncovered in rain for hours? Or does a drop of water on the body really find a way inside and break everything?
