Also, cars going by outside your house can be a factor. I'm not sure what a Novoflex tripod is, but it sounds like some cheap Chinese shit for a phone or something. Just get a quality tripod. If you want to test how long it takes your camera to settle down after touching it, or if it continues to shake even when not touching it, then put it in live view and zoom in on your focus point to like 10x or 20x or whatever the max magnification is.
