>>4017856Honestly the use of 4k is more utility. It's great for in editor stabilization, not that an olympus needs any help. The idea is to retain maximum resolution quality, even if youre exporting at 1/4 the res. Just gives you more room to work with.
Olympus has the best stabilization right up there with panasonic, but they also have great autofocus which panny dont. I honestly dont know why youtube fags fanboy over sony so much when they could get an amazing vlogging cam and something that does incredible stills in an olympus.
There are downsides to the micro 4/3 system though if youre not already aware. The smaller sensor size means inferior low light performance, specifically with moving subjects in low light. This picture here was taken by m4/3 and as you can see, the trails of the car taillights are due to the increased exposure time required. I think it looks great but just so youre aware. It has its advantages and downsides. Olympus' auto focus in low light is still incredible though.
