Very, very light and easy to handle, but fully extended center column is not the most stable without a bag weighing down the hook. Halfway up is very stable. Leg latches are nice and stiff, but the leg angle latch things are plastic, but don't feel too cheap. The pan mechanism is very smooth and works well.The included bag and spike feet are neat to have.
Holds up my heaviest lens without issue but need to go out and test to see under harder conditions.
