>>4110298As a phone snapshitter, I realise that night shooting is generally inadvisable with this hardware. I'd need a lot of light to even have a chance of making a photo work. 'Night mode' brightens things, but it also makes everything grainy as fuck so it is utterly pointless to use. One trick is to darken the shot in post; though again, it requires a lot of light to salvage anything of use. My way around the tripod issue is to always use a timer, so one can steady up and frame correctly in 2-3 seconds. I always use it, as I take almost all my photos during the daytime anyway. Just depends on what timers are available in the options.
