The actual easiest way is to take a picture of a scene with two cameras (one with a modern sensor from the past 6 years, one loaded with the film of your choice). Process the film shot to taste, and tweak the digital shot as close as you can get.
Pay attention to at what point things get blown out, and how quickly. Compare the colors, and see how they're different in terms of brightness and shade. don't add grain, that's stupid.
Save what you did as a preset, and you're done. If you're using multiple cameras with sensors that react differently to the preset, make a modified version of the preset for each camera, and you're all set.
