Electric adapters exist for modern electrical Canon and Nikon lenses. On a modern body (a6300 and later) they work as fast as native e-mount lenses.
There is also an adapter that can autofocus anything that can be adapted to m-mount (pictured). Works best with lenses under 100mm and under 700g. But with some minor prefocusing can use almodt everything.
