a 7artisans lens will have MUCH WORSE photon filtering, ray control and light refraction/diffraction control, because they don't spend MONTHS manufacturing a lens, like e.g S.Kreuznach, Hasselblad, Panavision, Zeiss, Cooke, Angenieux, Leica and other similar manufacturers do with their lenses. Hell, even DZO and Irix spend more time designing, engineering and manufacturing their lenses than the likes of 7Artisans, Samyang, Sigma, Tamron or whichever else consumer grade manufacturer.
