Blackmagic cameras com with no lenses so that alone will cost you a couple thousand.. Then you need external batteries/power source and an SSD fast enough for it, that's not that expensive maybe a couple hundred
Then you need a beefy pc, even beefier than what you need for your incel vidya shit, a Blackmagic raw file will be about 2gb per minute of recording depending on the compression so you need quite a lot of storage and a good processor and videocard (s) to handle all the editing. I don't know how good your pc currently is but let's say a couple thousand more.
Minor accessories like a proper gimbal, cave and tripod/s a couple thousand more, then all the audio shit maybe a thousand+ too.
So about 10 or 15k is would be enough, the RED alternative would cost 50k+
If you just want to fool around just rent the equipment or buy a dslr
