Tried two new (to me) methods to scan with the dslr.
Here I put a plastic foil as a diffuse foil (just a translucent plastic from a soft folder) over my smartphone, then grabbed two rolls of tape, put one over the phone, then placed the film and had it stay flat and in place by putting the other roll on top of it, with paper in between film and tape rolls so that it doesn't leave shit on it.
Anyway, it's nice that it leaves the whole film area exposed and there's no pickles and no plastic or paper "noise" showing.
It doesn't for those frames at the edges of the strips though, sucks.
Had a hard time focusing too, got it wrong in the end and gave up.
